'Naked Rambler' Jailed
Stephen Gough... AKA the 'Naked Rambler' has been jailed for 11 months for violating his Asbo which prevents him from being naked in public.The bare bottomed rambler gained notoriety between 2003-2006 when walked naked from Land's End to John O'Groats twice!
Gough, who is a former Royal Marine, has been sentenced a total of 6 years in prison. He believes that it is his human right to be naked in public.
Stephen Gough wasn't allowed to attend his trial at Southampton crown court because of his refusal to wear any clothes!
The 53 year old denied breaching his Asbo but offered no defence. It took the jury just 10 minutes to convict him.
